Intelligent Digitizing
The AI Pipeline
From Image to Embroidery File
Intake & Analysis
Upload any PNG, JPG, WEBP, or SVG. Advanced vision AI analyzes colors, shapes, complexity, and stitch feasibility.
Vectorization
OpenCV converts raster artwork to clean vector paths. State-of-the-art AI reviews and refines vector accuracy.
Shape & Strategy
Specialized reasoning engines optimize shapes for stitch constraints, then plan fill patterns, underlay, and stitch types.
Path Planning & Compile
Our pathing models calculate optimal needle paths to minimize jumps and trims. pyembroidery compiles the final PES file.
Quality Assurance
An autonomous QA agent performs final review — validating stitch density, color accuracy, and machine compatibility.

Frequently Asked Questions
Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a format that embroidery machines can read. This involves defining stitch types, directions, densities, and sequences to recreate your design in thread.
We accept JPEG, PNG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, we recommend vector formats (SVG) or high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher).
Most designs are processed within minutes. Complex designs with many colors or intricate details may take longer. Premium plans include priority processing.
Our output files are compatible with most commercial and home embroidery machines including Brother, Janome, Tajima, Melco, and more. We provide multiple format options to ensure compatibility.
